This scheduled phone or video consultation is for general hair concerns, service recommendations, and questions before booking. We will discuss your hair goals and relevant hair history to determine which service may be best for you. The $15 fee is nonrefundable but will be applied toward an eligible service booked and completed within 30 days. Virtual consultations do not replace the required in-person consultation for chemical services.

An in-person consultation is required before booking any chemical service, including relaxers, texturizers, permanent color, lightening, and color corrections. We will review your complete hair and chemical-service history, assess the condition of your hair and scalp, discuss your desired results, and perform a strand or patch test when necessary. The $25 fee is nonrefundable but will be applied toward an eligible chemical service booked and completed within 30 days. Completing a consultation does not guarantee approval for a chemical service; the health and integrity of your hair come first.

This is a free consultation via FaceTime or phone call to discuss bridal hairstyles and other special occasion styling. Please have all questions ready so we can discuss your options! The $30 fee is nonrefundable but will be applied towards your service booked and completed within 30 days.

Hair Color is Provided***Consultation is recommended for new clients. This is an add on service ONLY. Rinse is a temporary hair color that washes out after so many washes. Hair color is provided but MUST be discussed prior to appointment.
